We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel! The location was key-right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The English-speaking staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Our room was not only clean but also cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight; so many delicious options to choose from!
It was more noticeable during the day when we were trying to relax in our room. the dinner experience wasn’t as satisfying as breakfast, so we opted to dine at nearby restaurants instead. a great getaway with just a few minor hiccups!

The superior queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was brand-new with inferior level. Really enjoyed that we had a laptop-compatible safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. We stayed there for shopping and had a really nice experience, would have stayed for longer.

I recently stayed at the Radisson for three days while attending meetings, and it was a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The generous breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious options, catering well to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. My room was spacious, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. The fitness center provided a great spot for a quick workout, and overall, the service was perfect.
I can recommend this hotel.

In a saafe area
Poor access to other facilities. The restaurant is a joke - more of a canteen. This is not the standard I normally expect when paying for a Radisson hotel. Perhaps the franchisee does not understand the norms of this chain. Absolutely no sound isolation between rooms.

Location is Ok for quick trip to restaurants in the evening
Probably the worst Radisson I have ever stayed at. Room with view to the Japanese garden has actually a view on another 30 floor high building and only if you twist your head strong enough you will be able to see the garden. Rooms are comfortable but could be renovated as they felt a bit old. Otherwise no problems. Everybody is extremely friendly

Totally recommend for a brief hiatus
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with excellent dining experiences during both lunch and dinner, where servers and bartenders were always smiling and attentive, while the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions just 20 km from the airport.
No complaints from me.

The food was delicious, especially the dinners, and the hotel offered a great stocked fridge for late-night snacks. I loved the relaxing indoor swimming pool and soothing massage treatments available. The only downside was some minor noise during the day, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 👍
